What is WellFi?

WellFi is a free app you can access from your phone, tablet or computer. With short, easy-to-watch videos and useful tools to help you with your finances, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. WellFi covers financial topics which affect all stages of life no matter how much you earn or what your situation. Answering all your financial questions, explaining what’s important and the options you have. Financial wellbeing is essential to overall life satisfaction, impacting all aspects of life, including physical and mental health, and relationships.

How does it work?

WellFi is simple to use, with a Netflix style library you can scroll through to find topics of interest to you, or a search box you can use if you have something specific on your mind. Simply click on the video or tool you want to see or use and you’re ready to go!

What if I can’t find what I need?

Our library of videos and tools spans a wide range of topics and is growing all the time. If you can’t find something, chances are that we’re busy working on it! However, we’re always keen to listen to your suggestions, so if there’s a particular video or tool you think you and your colleagues could benefit from, go to the support section of the app and let us know!

How private is my data?

We believe that personal finance is a private matter so we take great care to make sure any data you share with us is protected to the highest standards, and only used for your benefit within the app. Your personal data is safe with WellFi and won’t be shared with anyone, including your employer.

How much does WellFi cost?

WellFi is paid for by your company, making it completely free for you.

Can you give me financial advice?

We can’t give you financial advice but will do everything we can to increase your knowledge, help you understand your options and decide what to do next. Along with our videos, we include a range of tools and resources you can use to help you take your knowledge even further. However, if you’re still unsure or need help we always recommend you speak to a regulated independent financial advisor.

Can I use my login for my family?

WellFi is designed to help you and your family, so please feel free to share your login with them.

Can I access WellFi on multiple devices?

Absolutely! You can use WellFi on your phone, tablet or computer. Just log in with your account details and you’ll have instant access whether you’re on your commute, on your lunchbreak or sitting at home on the sofa.

Is there a way to save videos and tools for later?

Most videos are 3-5 minutes long, making them perfect for a quick brush up on your financial knowledge. But if you don’t have time to finish, don’t worry – the video will be displayed at the top of your home page and in your personal library so you can pick up exactly where you left off. You can also click the heart button to add to your favourites.

Can I give feedback on videos?

Yes. Whether you watch a video and really enjoy it, or think it can be improved, feel free to leave us a rating and a comment and we’ll take it on board! We’re always keen to listen to your thoughts on WellFi, good or bad, to help us grow and make the experience even better for you and your colleagues.

What if I’m a complete beginner when it comes to finance?

No problem at all – with introductory videos on all major topics from mortgages, savings, insurance through to pensions, we’ve got you covered! Not sure you understand your payslip? We’ve even got a video for that.

Can I share a video?

Videos can only be watched by people who have a WellFi login. But all videos come with a downloadable summary page which you are welcome to share with friends and family.

How do I login?

Once you’ve registered with WellFi you can login anytime by going to https://app.wellfi.co.uk/home.
